Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Team Lead for Financial Control Position at our Ahmedabad location. This is a full-time position requiring expertise in financial planning and financial analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial operations and ensuring robust financial control mechanisms are in place.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven ability in financial planning (Mandatory skill) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial role.
  • Advanced financial analysis skills (Mandatory skill) to drive financial performance and decision-making.
  • Expertise in budgeting, ensuring alignment with the companys financial goals.
  • Strong accounting skills to manage and oversee financial transactions accurately.
  • Proficiency in preparing MIS reports to track and report on financial performance metrics.
  • Strong financial control capabilities to maintain and improve financial policies and procedures.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and mentor team members effectively.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the financial control team focusing on polymer business operations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Prepare and monitor annual budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant financial standards and regulations.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure robust financial control mechanisms are in place to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis activities.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff to ensure a high-performing team.

Qualification: CA (Not more than 3 attempts)
