Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Train and develop team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Plan and allocate resources, such as personnel and equipment, to ensure optimal warehouse efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required
- Communicate effectively with other departments to achieve company goals
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Proficient in the use of warehouse management software ERP and inventory systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
