Develop and implement distribution strategies to maximize sales through multiple channels (agency, bancassurance, digital, etc.).
Identify and onboard new distribution partners.
Ensure compliance with regulatory norms across channels.
Sales Enablement
Support sales teams with tools, training, and campaigns.
Monitor and drive sales performance of different channels.
Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with partners, brokers, banks, and agencies.
Resolve channel conflicts and ensure smooth operations.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyze sales trends and distribution performance data.
Recommend improvements based on data insights.
Product & Market Collaboration
Work with product and marketing teams to ensure offerings match customer needs and distribution capabilities.
Help design sales campaigns and incentives tailored to different channels.
Technology & Digital Distribution
Leverage digital tools (e.g., CRM, distribution management systems) to improve efficiency.
Promote online and mobile sales channels.
Skills & QualificationsSkill AreaDescriptionSales & MarketingStrong understanding of insurance sales tactics and channel marketing.Strategic ThinkingAbility to develop long-term plans for distribution growth.People ManagementExperience in managing sales teams, agents, or partners.Analytical SkillsComfort with data analysis, reporting, and market insights.Regulatory KnowledgeFamiliarity with IRDAI guidelines and insurance laws (India) or relevant regulatory body in your region.
