Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our team at Sudo24 Learning Private Limited. This is a Mid-Level position with a hybrid, remote, full-time employment type. The job locations include Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, Ernakulam, Chennai, Kanniyakumari, Bangalore Urban, and Bangalore Rural. Candidates should have 4 to 6 years of work experience, with expertise in online and hybrid teaching methods.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience utilizing Google Classroom for creating, distributing, and grading assignments efficiently in a virtual setting.
• Ability to maintain effective behavior management strategies to cultivate a positive and productive learning environment.
• Proficiency in STEM education to engage students with science, technology, engineering, and mathematics curricula.
• Experience in online curriculum development to design engaging and effective syllabi tailored to diverse learners.
• Proven lesson planning skills to develop comprehensive and adaptive teaching plans that meet educational standards.
• Experience and proficiency in Zoom Teaching (Mandatory skill) to conduct interactive and engaging online classes.
• Familiarity with lesson planning software (Mandatory skill) to effectively design and organize instructional content.
• Ability to apply data-driven assessment (Mandatory skill) techniques to evaluate student performance and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive and adaptive lesson plans in accordance with curricular standards and student needs.
• Utilize online platforms like Google Classroom to manage and distribute educational materials efficiently.
• Engage with students via Zoom to conduct interactive and immersive virtual classes that boost learning outcomes.
• Apply behavior management techniques to foster a disciplined and conducive online learning environment.
• Collaborate in the development and refinement of online curricula to enhance student engagement and understanding.
• Incorporate STEM educational principles in lesson plans to encourage critical thinking and practical application.
