Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Review US GAAP tax reporting in the accounting system HFM, for European companies at a Business Unit level monthly.
• Review all entries made in the tax reporting system OneSource with regards to the quarterly process, annual prior year true-ups and annual forecast submissions.
• Ensure the tax entries made in OneSource agree to HFM on a quarterly basis for European companies.
• Provide training and support to sites for US GAAP tax reporting in HFM and OneSource
• Prepare and send out analyses of the quarterly recharge out of central costs to companies. These are provided to the companies to support them in their audit.

• Excellent communication Skills
• Ability to work within a complex matrix organization.
• candidate must have good analytical skills, demonstrate solid accounting ability, be detail-oriented, work effectively in a global team environment and articulate professionally and concisely with all levels of management.
• Self-starter, suggesting and implementing improvements to the processes.
• Balance stakeholder, Situational adaptability, manages complexities & Manages ambiguity.
• Ability to think creatively, driven, and self-motivated.
• High standards of accuracy and highly organized.
• University or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration (Qualified Chartered Accountant Preferred)
• 2 to 4 years work experience in a finance/accounting role.
• Basic understanding of Accounting Principles, US GAAP and Tax
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent In English
• HFM and/or OneSource experience would be an advantage
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
