As a Talent Partner you are responsible for finding, attracting and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet clients workforce needs and goals.
You shall also be responsible to work on Business Development for vendor empanelment.

As a Talent Partner you are responsible for finding, attracting and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet clients workforce needs and goals.
You shall also be responsible to work on Business Development for vendor empanelment.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Recommend and Source new channels for hiring
- Screen candidates as per the clients requirements
- Schedule interviews for the candidates with the clients
- Meet the monthly assigned Targets
- Use multi-channel approach for hiring
- Evaluate which sources bring best candidates
- Create a pipeline for all active and passive candidates
- Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress
- Identify business prospects and reach out to the admin/HR team of the clients with company prospects
- Meeting the prospects for business opportunities and lead generation
- Strong follow-up with clients and candidates
- Graduate in any stream.
- Recruitment/ Sales experience of 1 - 2 years
- Good communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
- Passion about HR and Talent Acquisition methods
- Strong follow-up and self-driven
