We’re looking for a Talent Manager with a strong background in tech recruiting—someone who understands the nuances of hiring world-class AI researchers, data scientists, software engineers, and other critical technical roles. This role blends hands-on recruiting with relationship-building, brand storytelling, and light-touch HR support.

You’ll work closely with CEO, engineering leadership, and product teams to define what “great” looks like and build scalable processes to attract, assess, and onboard top-tier talent from around the world.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for tech roles including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, research engineers, product engineers, Software developers, and more.
  • Proactively source, screen, and engage passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, build scorecards, and create a seamless interview process.
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end hiring pipelines, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from first touch to offer.

Talent Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, even before roles are open.
  • Represent AryaXAI as a brand ambassador in online communities, tech events, and AI/engineering circles.
  • Maintain a warm network of pre-vetted talent that can be tapped quickly as we scale.

People Ops & HR Support

  • Support onboarding and early employee experience to ensure high engagement and retention.
  • Help with employer branding initiatives (e.g., career pages, social hiring campaigns, community presence).
  • Collaborate on internal talent development efforts and culture initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience with a strong focus on tech roles (AI, ML, data science, backend/frontend engineering).
  • Proven success in sourcing and closing top-tier technical talent in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of tech stacks, job families, and hiring trends in the AI/ML space.
  • Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Screenloop, Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby) and recruiting tools.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach to finding talent—you're a hunter, not just a gatherer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you’re great at building trust with candidates and internal teams alike.
  • Some HR or People Ops experience is a plus (e.g., onboarding, engagement, retention).
  • Bonus: Experience hiring in startups or high-growth environments.
