Job Description
- Develop and execute the annual Talent & Culture (T&C) Department Business Plan, aligning it with overall organizational goals
- Lead recruitment efforts to meet talent needs, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and best practices
- Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning
- Drive T&C solutions such as reward and recognition programs, employee wellbeing initiatives, and leadership development
- Manage the salary review process and ensure competitive compensation practices
- Analyze HR metrics and employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and optimize workforce planning
- Foster a diverse, inclusive, and positive work environment that aligns with the company's values and culture
- Stay updated on HR trends, employment laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
