The role involves assisting in talent assessment processes, working closely with HR and recruitment teams, and contributing to the effective evaluation of candidates for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment Coordination: Assist in organizing and administering talent assessments, including scheduling assessments and ensuring smooth execution.

• Test Administration: Help prepare and administer various talent evaluation tests, including skills assessments, personality tests, and other relevant evaluation tools.

• Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding assessment details, providing instructions, and following up on results.

• Data Management: Collect and record assessment results, maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases for candidate evaluations.

• Reporting: Generate and analyze assessment reports, tracking key metrics such as candidate performance, assessment completion rates, and feedback from hiring managers.

• Feedback Collection: Assist in gathering feedback from hiring teams and candidates to improve assessment processes and tools.

• Market Research: Conduct research on best practices in talent assessment to contribute to the improvement of the company's assessment methods.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and HR teams to support overall talent assessment operations and contribute to a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent assessment and human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with assessment tools or software is a plus.
