Talent Acquisition Trainee – Hyderabad

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our dynamic recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals looking to build a career in HR and recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job opportunities across industries. Training and mentorship will be provided to help develop expertise in talent acquisition.

Location: Hyderabad (Work-from-Home)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support in employer branding initiatives and talent engagement strategies.
  • Learn and implement best practices in talent acquisition and HR processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals is a plus.
  • A proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
