Overall Responsibilities And Duties

As part of the Talent Acquisition Hub team, TAS main missions are to create, develop talent pools for the scope of positions he/she is in charge, engage and help bring on board the best talent for Companies current and future needs.

The main missions of the role are: Source and screen prospective talent on social networks and through others channels:

  • Sources, screens and engages prospective talents on social networks and through all other channels, both for the most recurrent and future positions (anticipated sourcing) as well as for an opened job requisition
  • Implements sourcing strategy for the positions in his/her scope and measures the efficiency of the sourcing tools for each talent group
  • Works closely with the sites to evaluate jobs context, challenges, successful profiles to identify and engage the best talent and provides feedback to the sites from the talent market (profiles, competencies, expectations..)
  • Manages pre-selection to provide best-engaged candidates to the Recruiters for the further interviews
  • Might assist or support Recruiter for the selection interviews
  • Organizes and manages pools of potential candidates from all sources (ATS, social networks, job boards, campus management, job fairs, referrals) to keep a robust and active pipeline
  • Ensures the positive candidates experience with Company at all moments of the sourcing and pre-selection process
  • Manage sourcing and employer branding activities on his/her scope:
  • Manages online presence and employer brand visibility to our target audiences on the social networks and career sites (building content, animation, monitoring)
  • Takes part in sourcing & branding campaigns, according to the country talent acquisition strategy (campus management, job fairs, professional communities events..) Manage talent selection to provide the best shortlist of candidates to the site:
  • Works closely with the sites within his/her scope to understand jobs contexts, challenges, and successful profile criteria and translates it into requirements/competencies to be evaluated during the interview
  • Manages selection interviews, phone and face-to-face to evaluate competencies, motivation, cultural fit, and potential of each candidate
  • Provides detailed and structured candidates evaluation and meaningful feedback to the site HR and Hiring manager
  • Presents the position and the employee value proposition in a meaningful way for each candidate
  • When relevant, may assist Talent Acquisition specialists in definition/reinforcement of the sourcing strategy, pre-screening process, and sourcing campaigns and events

Coordinate Selection Process

  • Coordinates rigorously recruitment process till final selection is done and ensures transparency and fluidity of process and information between HR site, Hiring Manager, Talent Acquisition specialist
  • Positively challenges their counterparts on the profiles and requirements and ensures the diversity principle is respected
  • Ensures feedback is provided to selected & nonselected candidates
  • At all moments of the recruitment process, ensures positive candidate experience with Company
  • Acts as a coach for interviewing skills for the site counterparts
  • Follow up recruiting metrics and proposes improvements positively impacting the quality of hire and time to fill
