Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fresher) to join our recruitment team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for our clients while contributing to the overall recruitment strategy. This position is perfect for recent graduates eager to launch their careers in talent acquisition and gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
Screening Resumes:
- Review and assess resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements and organizational fit.
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Candidate Communication:
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
Job Posting:
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate databases, tracking progress and ensuring data confidentiality.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive hiring practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
Candidate Engagement:
- Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent.
Reporting:
- Prepare recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
