Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Recro. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top developer talent for fast-growing startups. They will work closely with developers and startups to ensure a seamless match based on technical competencies and aspirations.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and sourcing
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate technical competencies and aspirations
• Understanding of developer-focused platforms and startup ecosystems
• Experience in working remotely and independently
• Knowledge of various recruitment tools and techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
