What You’ll Do:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Find & hire top talent using your own database, networks, and smart hiring strategies.
• Negotiate smartly to onboard the best candidates while keeping salaries within budget.
• Run amazing interviews to evaluate both skill & culture fit.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

• Make the workplace fun & inspiring! Plan team events, activities, and celebrations.
• Shoot reels & create content to showcase company culture on social media.
• Recognize & appreciate employees through rewards & engagement programs.

Performance & Payroll Management:

• Track employee performance & productivity with structured evaluation methods.
• Ensure timely salary processing and maintain clean payroll records.
• Implement KPI-based incentives & rewards to keep employees motivated.

HR Strategy & Policies:

• Create & implement HR policies that align with company goals.
• Build a strong onboarding & training process for new employees.
• Handle grievances & conflict resolution professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of HR experience (Talent Acquisition + Culture + Payroll).

Creative & fun personality – loves planning engagement activities & shooting content.

Recruitment expert – strong at finding, evaluating, and closing top candidates.

Payroll & Compliance knowledge – can handle salary processing & work regulations.

People-first mindset – great at employee handling & motivation.

Strong negotiation skills – can get the best candidates at the right cost.

Strategic thinker – knows how to create HR policies that help company growth.
