Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in high-volume hiring, proven leadership skills, and the ability to build and manage a high-performing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, across multiple functions.
• Achieve hiring targets of 50–80 candidates per month consistently.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to ensure efficiency and performance.
• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• (Preferred) Manage specialized recruitment for engineering and AEC domains (Architects, Engineers, etc.).

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally with a recruitment agency or consultancy background.
• Strong track record of handling high-volume hiring.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Exposure to engineering or AEC recruitment will be an added advantage.
