Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Executive - Bulk Hiring will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring large numbers of top talent for CultFit. You'll develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, build relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy:
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet bulk hiring objectives.
  • Identify and leverage various recruitment channels (job fairs, social media, job boards, referrals).
  • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Source and attract large numbers of qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Assessment and Selection:
  • Design and implement effective assessment and selection processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure selection criteria alignment.
  • Candidate Management:
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other evaluation processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source-to-hire, etc.).
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Governance:
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, with a focus on bulk hiring.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Certifications: Certification in recruitment, HR, or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in the fitness industry: Familiarity with the fitness industry and its recruitment challenges.
  • Knowledge of recruitment technology: Experience with recruitment marketing platforms, CRM systems, and other recruitment tools.
  • Data analysis skills: Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide insights to inform recruitment strategies.
