We are seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in sourcing qualified leads through various channels and possess a keen eye for top talent.
You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process with a heavy focus on strategic sourcing, candidate outreach, and pipeline development. This is a high-impact role where your ability to identify, attract, and engage top talent will directly influence the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics.
• Proactively source and identify potential candidates through platforms like Linkedin, job boards, Boolean searches, social media, professional networks, and talent databases.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen and qualify candidates through phone/video interviews, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
• Manage job postings, applications, and candidate tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on sourcing and lead generation.
