JOB Description:
Understand job descriptions thoroughly to identify critical skills, qualifications, and role expectations.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create strategic sourcing plans.
Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, social platforms
Screen applicants via telephonic or virtual interviews to assess qualifications, experience, etc.
Schedule interviews, coordinate feedbacks, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Discuss compensation expectations, negotiate offers within organizational guidelines, and ensure clarity in communication.
Initiate pre-employment checks including background verification and medical evaluations.
Prepare offer approval documents, secure necessary internal sign-offs, and release offers via Darwin box.
Drive seamless onboarding experiences by initiating onboarding workflows through Darwin for selected candidates.
Additional Skills:
Experience: 3–6 years of proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably in pharma
Skills:Expertise in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in using job portals, and professional networks like LinkedIn.
Qualification: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
