- Conduct regular follow-ups with department leads and staff to ensure effective delivery of recruitment services.
- Develop a talent pipeline for ongoing needs by actively engaging with potential candidates and networks in the education domain.
- Facilitate negotiation among stakeholders and candidates, managing expectations to reach amicable agreements.
- Maintain and report recruitment metrics to the leadership team, advising on improvements and addressing potential challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and benchmark practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and support for new hires.
