We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and acquiring top talent for our clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Job Requisition Management: Manage job requisitions from clients, ensure accurate job descriptions, and clarify requirements.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., social media, job boards, databases) to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates through phone, email, and in-person interviews to assess suitability.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Offer Management: Manage job offers, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Candidate Pipelining: Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Recruitment certifications (e.g., CIR, CPRW).
- Experience with recruitment marketing strategies and employer branding.
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday).
- Social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
