Key Responsibilities

• Working on pharma/healthcare direct client requirements on a day-to-day basis
• Handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Healthcare clients in the US
• Searching and recruiting candidates with various skill sets as per the job specifications
• Understanding and working on the client's requirements and fulfilling them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, and networking sites
• Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level
• Ensuring that an adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements on time
