Job Description
Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We are unencumbered and will need your contribution to make it a world class engineering center with the focus on excellence.
The Healthcare platform is an exciting team working at the intersection of infrastructure and applications, leveraging OCI to transform some of the largest healthcare applications in the industry. We are making healthcare better for everyone. Providing a self-service cloud experience to the customer, we are looking for passionate System Analyst who are Citrix experts. We seek System Analysts with current experience in Citrix technology or those interested in expanding their skills in the Citrix space. The position will be based in India.
Working closely with operations and engineering teams, the System Analyst 2 will primarily focus on supporting the Day-to-day operations of the RevElate team, which is heavily reliant on windows & Citrix environments. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of windows technologies, hands-on experience with troubleshooting, and providing system support, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The RevElate Production Engineering team is a distributed team across multiple time zones leads and maintains the day-to-day operations, stability and availability of the products that fall under the product groups umbrella, focused on creating an ecosystem of service OCI, Technology and Healthcare solutions that are used by thousands of Oracle Healthcare customers across globe. We are tackling some of today’s biggest challenges in the global health care industry and help drive the effort in the future state of our products as we begin to migrate them over to OCI platforms. We strive to build and orchestrate automation, tooling, and centralized solutions to enable our consuming engineer to focus on their specific problems instead of the nuances of the platform and repetitive tasks.
