We are looking for System Engineer

You’ll make a difference by

• As a System Engineer you are expected to lead our Axle Counter Installation and Commissiong activities and enable customer satisfaction in all aspects.
• Ensure overall customer delight and satisfaction in line with all contractual obligation.
• Offering optimized technical solution and fulling customer requirements in various projects.
• Technical support to Bid team taking full responsibility in terms of schedule, technical compliance and competitiveness.
• Provide Axle counter performance dashboard to Management on monthly basis.
• Facilitating the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
• Implementation of new policies and documents on product Installation guidelines to ensure the quality of product.
• Lead the Installation engineer's and carryout super check on live project sites to ensure the product installation quality.
• Interact regularly with the customer to determine the needs of the customer and to develop plans for improving delivery.
• Mapping and managing internal and external stakeholders involved in the project execution.
• Work cross-functionally to identify solutions to project challenges.
• Co-ordinate with the Site Supervisor / contractors / partners for installation, testing and commissioning of deliverables.
• Work closely with central EHS team to ensure implementation of safe practices at construction sites.
• Foresee, identify and mitigate risks. Identify opportunities of claim and change management in projects.
  
  

Desired Skills:

• You should have a minimum 8-10 years’ experience with minimum 7+ years of Project Management experience in Indian Railway Signaling Business, along with graduate engineer in Electrical or Electronics Engineering/Telecommunications.
• Must have desirable knowledge of Axle counters in areas of Installation and Commissioning activities, product management, sales or project delivery.
• Good knowledge of IP networking and Ethernet-based applications.
• Good knowledge of EHS standards and safety requirements.
• Candidate Can relocate to Pan India as per the Project requirements.
