SVP of Software Operations, Trilogy (Remote) - $400,000/year USD

This role is for the operator who delivers multi-million-dollar outcomes—not recommendations, not observations, but results. You will assume ownership of the most critical operational challenges across a global software portfolio and convert complexity into verified financial performance. You'll design the programs, lead the execution, and witness your contributions reflected in margin expansion, retention gains, and integration success.

Whether it's executing a $2M per quarter renewal uplift program, reducing cloud infrastructure costs while preserving performance, or integrating a newly acquired company into Trilogy's operating model within 30 days, your contributions will be visible to senior leadership. You will directly shape profitability across multiple business units.

What You Will Be Doing

• Directing cross-functional customer renewal programs that prevent ≥$2M in annual recurring revenue churn each quarter by diagnosing root causes and coordinating product, support, and finance teams around targeted solutions.
• Managing cloud optimization projects that deliver $500K or more in quarterly AWS spend reduction without compromising performance or reliability standards.
• Overseeing acquisition diligence and integration processes that identify critical risks and synergies—and produce measurable margin gains within the first quarter post-acquisition.
• Applying Claude Code or comparable tools (Codex, Gemini CLI) to create reusable analyses, automate operational processes, and enhance both the pace and precision of delivery.
• Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring initiatives complete on schedule, meet targets, and achieve validated financial results.
• Producing weekly executive reporting that clearly conveys progress, obstacles, and confirmed financial impact.

SVP Of Software Operations Key Responsibilities

Architect and execute portfolio-wide transformation programs that demonstrably enhance retention, cloud efficiency, and acquisition integration—with executive exposure and direct impact.

Basic Requirements

• 5+ years leading multi-functional operational or transformation initiatives with ≥$3M annual financial impact.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze large, complex datasets and convert insights into validated outcomes of ≥$500K.
• Experience optimizing cloud infrastructure costs (AWS or equivalent) with documented examples of savings and performance retention.
• Strong financial acumen: P&L interpretation, budgeting, ROI modeling, and prioritization driven by financial reasoning.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini CLI to automate analysis and enhance execution quality.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
