Position Summary

Perform the day-to-day processing of Accounts Payable transactions to ensure that supplier accounts are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and Coordinate scanning, processing of invoices, payments, helpdesk, vendor reconciliation.
  
  

and resolve issues with suppliers and internal departments.

• Posting of control groups.
• Prepare and review of AP reconciliations and accordingly clear the aged items.
• Capable of handling AP process, issues and complex customers
• Responsible for assisting in development / update and enforcement of SOP's, procedures, processes and
  
  

guidelines

• Responding timely and accurately emails and inter department queries forwarded to AP department.
• Explore possibilities to improve the accounts payable process and take initiatives to optimize.
• Coach and lead Accounts payable related trainings and need based trainings established on the training gaps.
• Maintain, prepare and submit MIS, Dashboard & reporting on related KPI’s.
• Assist and provide support for all Audits.
• Sample Audit of various Accounts Payable process to gauge process health.
• Perform any other related duties and assignments as assigned/required.
• Assist line manager in managing monthly closing of Accounts Payable books.
• Perform quality initiatives.
• Perform Testing of new applications and tools.

Required

Qualifications

• Commerce graduate or above.
  
  

DESIRED

• Minimum of 6-8years’ experience with an international company
