Job Title: Support Staff

Location: Onsite at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the company by providing support to various departments as required.
• Facilitate smooth communication between the team and external parties, ensuring all interactions are professional and efficient.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized environment, ensuring all visitors and team members experience high-quality service.
• Act as a point of contact for handling customer inquiries, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Support administrative functions, including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, arranging resources, and preparing for onsite events and conferences.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure logistical needs are met, such as supplies, equipment maintenance, and room setups.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with a diverse range of people.
• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to assist others and ensure satisfaction.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to identify issues promptly and execute appropriate solutions.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and steadily manage multiple responsibilities with efficiency.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, to perform general administrative tasks.
• Prior experience in a support or administrative role is highly desirable.
• Fluency in Tamil and English, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication.
• Educational background in business administration or a related field is preferred.
