Your Key Responsibilities

• Timely Order booking in SAP through Schaeffler store / e_commers monitring
• Co-ordination with Sales and cusotmer for availability confirmation
• Timely Documenation submission for LC, and other legal requirements
• Minimise Lequidated Damage penelty with on time delivery
• Respond on customer enquiry
  
  

Your Qualifications

Education/ Apprenticeship

• Bachelor Degree of any stream
  
  

Administration Job experience

Above 5-8 years of experience in bearing or relevant industry in customer service
