Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Timely communication: Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally to address queries and share updates.
• Data collection: Gather and organize supply chain data from various sources for reporting and decision-making.
• Document management: Prepare, send, and maintain records of certificates, quotes, and other necessary documents for customers and stakeholders.
• Quotations: Send quote emails to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the supply chain.

• Training period: A structured training program during the first two weeks to familiarize you with our processes, tools, and best practices.
• Offer confirmation: Based on performance during training, you'll progress into the internship with clearly defined goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel and Outlook.
