We are looking for a Supplier Quality Manager to strengthen our global supplier quality function. You will be located in one of our major sites Helsinki or Mumbai.

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Manager to strengthen our global supplier quality function. You will be located in one of our major sites Helsinki or Mumbai.
This Role Includes The Following Responsibilities
- Assess potential suppliers for quality systems, capabilities, and compliance. Participate in supplier audits and qualification processes.
- Collaborate with sourcing, procurement, engineering, production, and quality teams to select suppliers that meet quality standards.
- Monitor supplier performance using KPIs. Prepare and present supplier quality reports to management.
- Support localization and dual sourcing strategies
- Communicate quality expectations and feedback to suppliers.
- Quality Management Systems (QMS): Deep understanding of relevant standards.
- Auditing Skills: Ability to conduct supplier audits and assess compliance.
- Product & Process Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials, and specifications.
- Supplier Development: Experience in improving supplier capabilities and performance.
- ERP & Quality & Reporting Software: Familiarity with systems used for supplier management.
- International Supplier Management: Understanding global sourcing challenges and cultural nuances.
- Bachelor´s or Master’s degree, background in engineering preferred
- 5 years’ experience in working in manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of foundry industry is an advantage
- You also have experience of supplier quality processes and tools.
- Willingness to travel is essential.
- You are fluent in English both in written and in verbal.
