Supplier Quality Manager

You ensure and improve quality of approved suppliers supplying the factory

You implement SQM requirements regarding preventive actions, technical specifications, and qualification of suppliers

Act as SQM contact in cross functional teams supporting global SQM community

Responsibilities and Tasks

Qualifies and approves suppliers (Pre-assessment), in coordination with purchase

Coordinates Product/service Qualifications And Approvals Based On Specific Requirements/specification

Creates, negotiates, and monitor quality assurance agreement implementation in the supplier processes

You plan and execute Supplier Audits including follow ups of respective measures implementation

Alignment with incoming inspection on complaint management

Supports standardized supplier qualification process according to corporate guidelines

Perform PPAP, APQP and FMEA of supplier processes

Create and monitor control plans, define skip lot in the SAP QM module

KPI’s

Supplier incident rate (SIR),

Supplier failure rate (SFR),

Supplier caused NCCs,

Claim rate

Competencies

At least 5-10 years of experience in different areas of production, quality management, development, or procurement

Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent

Core quality methods like FMEA, 8D methodology, Ishikawa Diagram, 5Why, APQP and PPAP are well known

You are an experienced and certified auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and VDA 6.3 Process Audit

Communication and presentation skills are a must have

English and local language on a professional level
