Job Description
As an Assistant Manager for B2B Domestic Business, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising operations within the domestic market. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of the process and product, as well as the domestic trade landscape. Your role will involve managing vendor and supplier relationships, conducting market and competitive analysis, and utilizing IT applications such as SAP for efficient operations.
Principal Accountabilities
Oversee and manage the merchandising operations within the domestic market, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, managing all aspects of these relationships from negotiation to delivery.
Utilize IT applications such as SAP to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and make informed business decisions.
Use your negotiation, influencing, and networking skills to secure the best deals and partnerships for the company.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, using data and insights to drive decision-making and improve business performance.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including team members, suppliers, and customers, ensuring that all information is conveyed clearly and accurately.
