TWOSS BDT Program Details

• On-the-job Training: 15-45 days with a 20,000 stipend post-completion. No sales targets during this period.
• Post-Training Compensation: Earn a CTC of 7 LPA (4 LPA fixed, 3 LPA variable) or 8 LPA (5 LPA fixed, 3 LPA variable) upon qualification as a Business Development Associate.
