Job Summary

We are looking for a Node.js Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our growing engineering team.

As a Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining backend services and APIs for web applications.

Responsibilities

You should have a passion for writing high-quality, clean, and scalable code while working closely with the frontend team and other developers to deliver seamless user Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.
• Design and implement APIs and microservices to support various frontend applications.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs into the application.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Write efficient and reusable code to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code to improve performance and handle complex application behavior.
• Ensure security and data protection best practices in applications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Node.js Skills and Qualifications :
• 4+ years of experience in developing applications using Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript.
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and working with third-party integrations.
• Proficiency with NoSQL (MongoDB) and/or SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Hands-on experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, etc.
• Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments.
• Understanding of basic DevOps concepts, such as CI/CD pipelines and server deployments.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or Skills :
• Experience with GraphQL and integrating it into Node.js applications.
• Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time communication protocols.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and working in Scrum teams.
• Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies for caching and message queuing.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and building distributed :
