Georgia Pacific, India is seeking a Civil Engineer who can perform Revit 3D modelling and drafting in Structural Steel (Industrial Structures)/RCC structures as per AISC/ACI standards.

What You Will Do

• The role includes Revit 3D modeling of Structural Steel, Piping, Cable tray, HVAC, and other elements in Revit. Also includes modelling and drafting of concrete structures. Extraction of 2D drawings from 3D models from Revit.
• The role requires 3D modeling in Revit with the help of Point cloud / clash checking at all stages of the project.
• Creating General arrangement, rebar, connection, and Anchor 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Working on several projects parallelly and becoming involved in the delivery of the project to the client as per GP standards.
• The role includes participating in team meetings with Managers in the organization to discuss and provide updates on the ongoing projects.
  
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech).
• 4-6 years of experience in 3D modelling and drafting using Revit, AutoCAD, Point Cloud, and Navisworks.
• Familiar with American Steel standards and terminology.
• Skilled in 3D modelling of piping, cable trays, HVAC, structural steel, concrete, and other elements in Revit, along with extraction of 2D drawings from 3D models.
• Experienced in preparing General Framing Arrangement drawings, rebar detailing, connection details, and anchor layout drawings using AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Scan to BIM processes, including point cloud data processing and creation of accurate as-built 3D models.
• Fluent in English with strong understanding of technical terminology, excellent communication skills, and ability to work well in teams.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, client-focused, and committed to technical excellence.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and participating in early-stage modelling and clash detection.
