You will also build relationships with key Alliance executives, identify synergies between the technology and the Firm and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The Opportunity
As a Senior Associate in the Strategy & Operations team supporting US Reporting for Alliances, you will drive data analysis and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making across the Alliance ecosystem. You will lead the development and maintenance of reporting tools, dashboards, and insights that inform pipeline trends, investment activity, and key performance metrics.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI, and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quarterly reviews, governance activities, and ad hoc strategic initiatives that shape Alliance growth and success.

Responsibilities
Data Extraction & Pipeline Analysis
- Pull monthly pipeline and win data from Salesforce and related dashboards; analyze for trends and material movements.
- Combine and cleanse datasets using Excel; identify key drivers of pipeline performance.
- Draft visual summaries, distribute win stories, and update team scorecards or TOO org charts.
- Monitor Salesforce data for accuracy and pertinence to broader Alliances team.
- Develop, maintain, and update PowerBI dashboards to support Alliance performance tracking, including aggregating and uploading data from multiple sources to ensure dashboards provide accurate, real-time insights into key performance metrics and investment activities
- Adjust visuals or views to reflect evolving business metrics and reporting needs.
- Maintain a change log of updates and ensure stakeholder awareness of changes.
- Design and modify Power BI visuals to align with evolving KPIs and leadership reporting requirements.
- Deliver data insights to help implement Alliance strategy, support Alliance expansion, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives that drive business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with S&O team members to ensure reporting is accurate and insightful for multiple audiences, including key territory, Alliance, and PwC leadership.
- Compile QBR inputs from monthly dashboards and reports; validate for consistency.
- Draft and prioritize quarterly insights and findings; collaborate with leadership to incorporate feedback.
- Finalize decks tailored to Alliance and leadership audiences.
- Analyze Salesforce data to identify non-Alliance opportunities for inclusion in JBR reviews.
- Conduct regular reporting and derive opportunity insights for JBRs.
- Ensure effective use of standardized tools and templates across all relevant workstreams.
- Facilitate alliance operations by supporting governance processes, maintaining knowledge assets, and standardizing reporting templates.
- Provide support for ad-hoc requests, responding to Alliance-specific inquiries and metrics needs.
- Partners with Alliance Core Leadership to support, produce and manage executive-level reports and dashboards, such as the Alliances Performance Dashboard, Alliance monthly performance report and QBR template data to provide visibility into performance and investment activities.
- Extracts and synthesizes key performance data across pipeline and win metrics to produce high-impact reports and dashboards.
- Builds and curates executive-ready QBR content aligned with strategic insights and performance trends.
- Maintains and evolves Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability, accuracy, and leadership alignment.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to gather insights and ensure reporting outputs meet evolving business needs.
- Stakeholder engagement experience in executive-level reporting.

- Stakeholder engagement experience in executive-level reporting
