You will leverage a versatile skill set and knowledge in various marketing channels, holding responsibility for validating brand consistency, reaching target audiences, and driving customer engagement and loyalty.

As part of the Sales Operations and Reporting team you will drive strategic initiatives that enhance sales performance and reporting accuracy. As a Manager you will lead teams, mentor junior staff, and facilitate the successful execution of client engagement workstreams while fostering a culture of accountability and exceptional performance. This role offers the chance to leverage advanced Salesforce reporting tools and CRM architecture to deliver remarkable results and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

- Support the development of team members' skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of experience in sales operations, reporting, or CRM-based revenue management
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce reporting tools, CRM architecture, and alliance sales models
- Demonstrates vision, accountability, empathy, and the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Excels in clear communication, active listening, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration
- Skilled in prioritization, decision-making, navigating change, and driving results with resilience
- Experience in Alliance ecosystems preferred
- Proven experience in data analytics and reporting
- Salesforce CRM knowledge preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
- Knowledge of market research databases
- Exposure to project management methodologies
- Exposure to consulting or professional services environment
- Demonstrating problem-solving ability and adaptability
- Highly organized and meticulous
