Store Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our fashion retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for style and trends, outstanding leadership abilities, and a proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet/exceed sales targets.
• Stay up to date on current fashion trends and ensure the store reflects seasonal styles and brand image.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards that align with the brands identity and seasonal promotions.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention strategies.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a high-performing and fashion-savvy team.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to make informed business decisions and drive performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety guidelines.
• Plan and execute in-store events and promotions to increase brand awareness and traffic.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in fashion retail.
• Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of styling, trends, and customer preferences.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of retail operations, POS systems, and inventory software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Fashion, Business, or related field is preferred.
