Job Overview

As a Senior Store Manager with Reliance Retail, you will be responsible for overseeing all store operations to ensure maximum profitability. This full-time position is available in Jhansi, Ludhiana, Lucknow, and Ganganagar. The role requires a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading teams, optimizing sales, and managing inventory efficiently.

Qualifications And Skills

• Experience in inventory management to ensure stock levels are maintained at optimal levels and minimize shrinkage. (Mandatory skill)
• Proficient in managing store operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the store and meet organizational standards. (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector with a firm understanding of market dynamics. (Mandatory skill)
• Expert in sales optimization, driving strategies to enhance sales performance through in-store promotions and merchandising.
• Skilled in team development to cultivate a high-performance team and ensure staff growth through training and mentorship.
• Effective vendor relationship management to negotiate favorable terms and maintain strong supplier relationships for stock sourcing.
• Experience in budget management to plan expenditures strategically and ensure the efficient allocation of financial resources.
• Familiar with POS systems to streamline checkout processes and assist in the accurate reconciliation of daily transactions.

• Oversee the store's budget, managing financial performance and reporting on monthly financials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to create a safe and welcoming shopping environment for customers.
• Deliver excellence in customer service, addressing and resolving customer grievances efficiently.
