Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Store Manager for our locations in Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, and Pathanamthitta. As a full-time position, candidates must have 7 to 10 years of experience in retail management. The role requires adept management of store operations, applying strategic insights for growth, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure seamless service.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proficient in retail operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store functioning (Mandatory skill).
  • Extensive experience in inventory management, optimizing stock levels and minimizing excess.
  • Strong skills in visual merchandising to create compelling product displays that enhance customer engagement.
  • Excellence in customer service, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proven capability in team leadership, fostering a high-performance culture and developing staff potential.
  • Ability to conduct sales analysis to understand trends, boost sales, and achieve store targets.
  • Effective budgeting skills, managing financial aspects of the store to maximize profitability.
  • Experience in vendor management, ensuring strong supplier relationships and negotiating favorable terms.

  • Maintain high standards of store presentation through collaboration with the merchandising team.
  • Lead and motivate store staff, driving teamwork and performance to achieve targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to enhance the service offering and product range.
  • Ensure efficient inventory control, reducing shrinkage and maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Manage store budgets, controlling costs while maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and promotional activities to increase store visibility and customer engagement.
