Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to join our team at Reliance Retail in the locations of Kurnool, Vijayawada, Ongole, and Tirupati. This is a full-time position. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience in inventory management, with the ability to track supply levels and order new items as needed.
  • Expertise in visual merchandising to create attractive store layouts and displays that drive sales.
  • Strong customer service skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Proficient in team leadership, with the ability to motivate and supervise store staff.
  • Experience in sales forecasting to predict sales trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Skilled in budget management to handle financial responsibilities and meet store budget targets.
  • Ability to manage vendor relations, ensuring timely delivery of goods and resolving any issues.
  • Comprehensive understanding of retail operations, including cash handling, transactions, and store security.

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels, ensuring products are available and well-stocked.
  • Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance and boost sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Lead and supervise store staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct sales forecasts to predict market trends and adjust strategies for improved performance.
  • Manage store budgets, overseeing financial transactions and ensuring budget compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely stock replenishment.
  • Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare reports on sales, financials, and inventory for upper management review.
