Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Store Keeper to join our team at DCS Group. As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and maintaining the organization of our storage facilities. This is a mid-level position with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India. This position is full-time.

Qualifications And Skills

• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience as a Store Keeper or similar role
• Knowledge of records management principles and procedures
• Experience in railway projects is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with labeling systems and inventory categorization
• Ability to accurately identify items and maintain proper stock levels
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with suppliers and vendors
• Knowledge of facility management (FM) practices
• Ability to handle physical work and lift heavy objects as necessary
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the inventory of our storage facilities
• Ensure that all items are properly labeled, categorized, and identified
• Monitor and track inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstocking
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery and inspection of goods
• Implement effective records management systems to track stock movement
• Conduct regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records
• Collaborate with the procurement team to determine stock replenishment needs
• Maintain a clean and organized storage environment
• Adhere to proper inventory control procedures
• Assist with facility management tasks as needed
