Position Summary

Handling Material Management & Admin at site.

Core Responsibilities

Procedures adaption during Materials entry inside site based on client’s requirement.

Knowledge in GRN/IR formalities

Interface knowledge with Accounts & Stores department

Day to day activities Material receipt/issue etc.,

Maintaining stock register & update on daily basis

Documents acknowledgement & forwarding to HO/Project team on regular basis.

Gate Pass formalities/supporting site team for material traceability.

Material reconciliation on monthly basis
