Roles And Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Assist customers in finding and selecting fashion items
• Recommend fashion items based on customer preferences and current trends
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Process customer returns and exchanges
• Monitor and manage inventory levels
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of fashion products
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Contribute to visual merchandising and store display set-up
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
