We are seeking a dynamic and experienced State Business Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, specifically in the B2B segment. Sales experience in agricultural products along with a prior experience in SAAS selling is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales and business development activities in the assigned state.
- Achieve sales targets by enrolling clients in our SAAS platform.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of 4 to 5 sales professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and business development in the B2B segment.
- Preferable experience in SAAS selling.
- Agricultural sales experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing a team of 4 to 5 people.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
