Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior State Head of Sales to join our team at Sturlite Eclectic Pvt Ltd. This full-time position is available in multiple locations, including Jaipur, Ranchi, Ghaziabad, Aligarh, and Bhopal. The ideal candidate will lead sales activities, manage teams, and drive business growth within the specified state.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience in channel sales with a deep understanding of the lighting segment (Mandatory skill).
  • Extensive experience in dealers and distributor appointments, ensuring network growth and stability (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong team leadership abilities with a history of effectively managing large sales teams and driving performance.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet organizational goals.
  • Adept at conducting market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Skilled in recruiting, training, and mentoring a dynamic sales force to achieve sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with stakeholders.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets within the designated state by leading a team of sales professionals.
  • Identify and appoint dealers and distributors to expand the company's presence and establish a robust sales network.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Regularly assess market conditions and adjust sales tactics to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns that boost brand visibility.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management to track progress and inform decision-making.
