Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the State business across Car Loan to expand revenue per existing customer
- Guide distribution of X-sell products ensuring volume scale-up as per the defined targets
- Partner with the Digital Marketing team to increase customer penetration via digital medium
- Build and nurture startegic partnerships across key dealers, OEMs, channel/product partners etc. to increase the pentration of entire portfolio
- Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring and providing recommendations for course correction to the Product and Sales teams
- Guide the Product team in Car Loans category to provide differentiated offerings and drive business growth
- Work with business analytics team to identify potential for x-sell
Qualification -Any Graduate
