- Handing over and taking over. Check equipment functioning, medications and documentation properly.Assessment of the patient is must.
- Maintain soft skill to the patient and the co-workers
- Vital signs checking and recording
- Giving medication to assigned patients.
- Attend rounds with consultants, note down the present condition of patient and carry out the instructions.
- The operating procedure, nursing procedure and the equipments in the ward must be known.
