Our finance team is growing, and we are looking for a finance professional who will support the finance team in day-to-day financial and accounting activities. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating financial records and ensuring they are compliant with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Job Summary
Accounting
Record of all the transactions (Purchase, Sales, Bank, Cash, Expense, Journal, Reimbursement etc.) in the books of accounts in correct order.
Quarterly Reconciliation of accounts, balance verifications, etc.
Payable Management
Recording, Reporting, Reconciliation and Management of all transactions with Indian Vendors
Recording, Reporting, Reconciliation, and management of all transactions with Employees.
Issuance and management of all vendor-based POs, Invoices etc.
Receivable Management
Preparation, Recording, Reporting, Reconciliation, and management of all invoices to be raised to the Clients.
Compliance Management
Preparation of all relevant workings for all applicable Indian Compliances including TDS, GST, Income Tax, PF, PT etc and other applicable compliances.
Fund Management
Managing all Office Cash & Bank Transactions
Recording, Reporting, Reconciliation of all cash & bank transactions
Documentation
Gathering and compiling all relevant and required invoices, supporting, bills etc. for all the transactions.
Managing & uploading all relevant and required invoices, supporting, bills etc. in soft copy format in shared drive location.
Filing of all relevant and required invoices, supporting, bills etc. in hardcopy format.
Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, accounting, or finance.
Experience in using Tally software is a must.
Having basic knowledge of TDS, GST, and Income Tax such as payments, filing returns, etc
Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
Skills and Competencies
Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles & processes.
Basic knowledge of Indian Compliances like GST, TDS etc.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Highly motivated professional with excellent attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
High level of accuracy, efficiency, and responsibility.
