- Achieve set targets / business plan
- CRM and Customer Retention- Ensure implementation RBML processes.
- Operations and marketing
- Assist Channel Partners in obtaining statutory licenses, approvals etc.
- To ensure that all RBML assets are maintained properly and resolve issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Acquiring new customers
- Network Development # Conduct field visits and market assessment surveys, identify potential sites for setting up new sites, Identify and propose prospects for appointment as channel partners (Dealers / Operators / Transconnect Center / Plaza franchisees etc).
- Document maintenance, data analysis, and MIS release to various stakeholders for monitoring and improvement of operations
- Updating Channel partners profile and analyzing their performance/attrition trends
- Maintaining and updating all channel-related documents
- Legal coordination
- Support legal on arbitration and other legal proceedings
- Propose and implement - Demand Generation activities.
- Conduct regular audits as per defined process
- To follow up with all stakeholders for closure of deviations.
- Facilitate training of channel partner staff.
- Safety & Environment
- To ensure that all locations & jobs carried out are safety compliant without any exception as per Company's policy.
