- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in resolving complex technical issues
- Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technical support operations
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer service metrics
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in advanced technical support or related roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience with quality management systems and processes
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning
